Signing the Papers

To buy property in Romania is easy and simple; The 3 steps of the buying process are:

The investor signs a buying contract for the specific plots with a BVI company (British Virgin Islands). The BVI company is the official owner of the Romanian company and plays an important part for tax purposes. The investor will buy shares in the BVI which will reflect the ownership in the Romanian company.

Wiring the Funds

The client will receive the purchase contract by mail which will need to be signed in 3 copies plus a notary verification statement and an apostil stamp. The company will verify the documents and the investor will transfer the money to the companies’ bank account.

Receiving the Ownership

The supporting documents will be issued to the client by the BVI and the Romanian company.
The client will get a company statement by the Romanian Company regarding the specific plots which he purchased.
The Romanian company will deliver a certificate regarding the specific plot/s which will state that the plot/s is/are related to the client, including supporting documents given by the land registry office.
